Seven police visited the home of Malaysia’s most famous blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin early this morning and seized his laptop. The editor of Malaysia-Today is believed to be probed due to his recent article on Altantuya, which incurred the wrath of Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. (malaysiakini)

They interrogated him for 2 hours. Police told him that he was investigated under the Sedition Act.

The controversial article “Lets send Altantuya’s murderers to hell”, prompted Najib to respond in an open letter to the editor, which was duly and categorically replied to by Raja Petra himself.

Raja Petra is expected to report to the Bukit Aman police headquarters at 11am tomorrow.
